Breeders’ Cup Event Production '24 & '25

LP provided full audiovisual production for the UPSI Annual Conference at the Galveston Island Convention Center, produced in collaboration with VISION. The multi-day event featured large-format LED walls, professional lighting design, and clear, reliable audio. Strong partnerships, a skilled crew, and a waterfront setting made for a seamless close to 2025.

Lerner Productions delivered experiential event production for a Metro by T‑Mobile x Liga MX brand activation. We installed a truss shade structure to support an outdoor watch party environment, integrating lighting and electrical infrastructure. Fans engaged with the Metro exhibit, captured photos with the Liga MX trophy, and experienced a high-energy, immersive activation space.

Lerner Productions delivered audio visual production for a Capital One VIP cardholder experience held alongside Final Four festivities. Hosted at Witte Museum, the program featured Magic Johnson, including a live discussion, meet-and-greet, photo opportunities, and live music. Our team provided event audio, staging, professional lighting, and PA support for the band.
